  • This equipment is used in the depilation process of pigs of different sizes, large, medium and small. After the scalding, the pig carcass is unloaded by the unloader and slides vertically (buttocks in front) along the chute into the U-shaped channel of the depilation machine (composed of multiple sets of U-shaped support frames with special structures). After that, under the joint scraping and friction of the large and small depilatory rollers rotating rapidly, the carcass is continuously thrown up and depilated during rolling; at the same time, the carcass is pushed toward the equipment outlet under the double forward thrust of the large depilatory rollers (arranged in a spiral shape) and the U-shaped support frame. This equipment adopts the depilation method of feeding pigs, depilating pigs and discharging pigs at the same time, which is coherent and efficient, and is suitable for large and medium-sized modern slaughtering and processing plants. It must be used in conjunction with the suspended scalding conveyor, dynamic unloader, pig inlet and outlet, and transition chute.
