Straddle type hanging live-pig conveyor

This equipment is used in the conveying process of live pigs, so that workers can tie the bleeding chain to the hind legs of the moving live pigs and hang them on the lifting track. It is suitable for small slaughtering and processing plants, or as a supplementary equipment for large and medium-sized slaughtering and processing plants. It is often used in conjunction with a pipe rail hoist or a traditional hanging bleeding conveyor, and can also be used in conjunction with a hand-held electric anesthesia device.
Instructions:
1. According to the operating position, it is divided into left hanging type and right hanging type (facing the forward direction). Please refer to the slaughtering process layout diagram for specific selection.
2. For pigs that are too large, it is recommended to perform manual electric anesthesia and hang them separately.
★3. Due to the innovation of slaughtering technology, traditional pig flip box + V-shaped electric anesthesia conveyor, chest-supporting electric anesthesia conveyor + flat conveyor and other equipment are gradually being eliminated.
