Stepping carcass processing conveyor
This equipment is used in the hanging and stepping conveying process of cattle carcasses, so that workers on the platforms along the line can peel, remove heads, open chests, remove red and white viscera, inspect, split in half, and trim the carcasses. Description:
1. The head of the equipment is equipped with a carcass lifting and railing device, and the cylinder completes the sequential lifting of the two hind legs; the intermittent pushing of the forward and reverse push heads of the conveyor chain cooperates with the intermittent lifting action of the cylinder, which can fork the two hind legs of the carcass for subsequent operations.
2. The coordination of the actions of the cylinder and the conveyor chain and the intervals of their respective actions are automatically controlled by the integrated circuit.
3. The length of the equipment is determined according to the actual needs of the operating stations. Usually, there are six permanent stations: peeling, chest opening, taking white organs, taking red organs, splitting in half, and trimming. It is also possible to add a pre-peeling process (with a pneumatic lifting platform) before the peeling process. The number of stations is determined according to needs.
