Single post type hydraulic dehider

This equipment is located next to the step-by-step carcass processing conveyor and is used in the dehiding process of cattle carcasses. It uses a circular chain (fixed on the dehiding roller) to tie the two sides of the cattle hind legs for pre-skinning. The chain is tightened by the rotation of the roller, and the dehiding roller is pushed from top to bottom by the hydraulic cylinder to achieve the dehiding effect. It is manually assisted in control and coordinated operation, and is suitable for large and medium-sized slaughtering and processing plants.
Description:
1. The up and down movement of the dehiding roller of this equipment is driven by a hydraulic cylinder, and the rotation movement is driven by a hydraulic motor or a reduction motor. A hydraulic station is set to provide power for the hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic motor: the dehiding roller is guided by a sliding sleeve.
2. Both sides of the equipment must be equipped with pneumatic lifting platforms [to cooperate with the operation of tying cowhide, assisting in peeling cowhide (with ordinary skinning knife, pneumatic skinning knife)], and a cow leg tying frame must be set in the front (to ensure smooth dehiding), and a cowhide blower is set under the dehiding roller (see below).
