Shower type scalding tunnel

The tunnel must be used with a hanging scalding conveyor. The conveyor chain drags the pig carcasses hanging below it into the shower tunnel. The dense hot water nozzles on both sides of the tunnel spray and heat the pig carcasses in a three-dimensional manner, thereby achieving the effect of scalding. This scalding method is a vertical pure spray scalding method, which is continuous and efficient, with good scalding effect, suitable for large slaughtering and processing plants.
Description:
1. The tunnel is a fully enclosed insulation structure with a hot water pool at the bottom. Steam is used to heat the pool water, and the automatic temperature control system adjusts the water temperature; a hot water convection circulation system is set; and multiple water pumps are used to supply water to achieve dense spraying.
2. The hot water pool in the tunnel is divided into two sections, one for pre-scalding and decontamination (which can reduce the pollution of the circulating spray water of the subsequent hair-creation machine), and the other for spray scalding.
