Powerful spraying and pre-scalding machine

This equipment is located below the slaughter hanging conveyor and is used in the hanging loosening and pre-scalding process of waterfowl such as ducks and geese (the outer feathers are waterproof). It sprays hot water in a three-dimensional and dense manner on the bird body passing through it, thereby achieving a better loosening and pre-scalding effect, preparing for subsequent scalding. Suitable for large and medium-sized slaughtering and processing plants. It is used as a supporting part of the air-drum spray scalding machine.
Instructions:
1. The equipment is equipped with a water circulation pool, the pool water is heated by steam or electricity, and the water temperature and water level are automatically adjusted; the water flow is circulated and sprayed by a water pump; a feather and dirt rotating filter drum is set (driven by a reduction motor); an angle-adjustable nozzle is set.
2. The length of the fuselage can be customized according to the actual needs of the user.
