Pig’s hair blower / Gastric contents blower

The equipment is installed below the outlet of the pig hair conveyor to collect pig hair and use compressed air to blow the hair and water mixture in the tank along the pipeline to the pig hair room periodically. It is used as a supporting equipment for the spiral hair removal machine. It can also be installed in the white organ processing room for the air delivery process of gastric and intestinal contents.
Description: The equipment is powered by compressed air, and the automatic control system controls the pneumatic gate valve to open and close the tank mouth; a water spray pipe is provided at the mouth of the hair receiving funnel.
