Pig bloodletting overhead conveyor 「 traditional 」

This equipment is used to suspend and convey live pigs, and complete the operations of stabbing (manually completed), bleeding and carcass cleaning (with pre-cleaning machine) during the conveying process, so as to prepare for the subsequent scalding, depilation, pre-skinning and other processes. Suitable for medium and small slaughtering and processing plants.

Instructions:
This conveyor is equipped with a hook-type bloodletting chain (hung on the hook) to suspend the pig, and uses I-beams as the conveyor chain walking track. Since the hook-type bloodletting chain is inconvenient to transfer the pig, it is more suitable for the traditional intermittent depilation process of unloading the pig, scalding and picking up for depilation.
