Overhead conveyor

This equipment is used to hang and convey poultry bodies, and complete the operations of slaughtering, bleeding, scalding, feathering, waxing-waxing-dewaxing, removing internal organs, and segmentation during the conveying process. According to the purpose, it can be divided into several types such as slaughtering hanging conveyor, dipping and dewaxing hanging conveyor, eviscerating hanging conveyor, precooling hanging conveyor, and segmentation hanging conveyor. It is suitable for large, medium and small slaughtering and processing plants.
Instructions:
1. Conveyors with different functions are equipped with different hanging poultry hangers. The traction chain adopts a circular anchor chain, and the load suspension wheel frame walks on a T-shaped track.
2. The slaughtering, bleeding, scalding and feathering processes are all completed on the slaughtering hanging conveyor, and a bleeding tank is set under the slaughtering hanging conveyor.
3. The dipping and dewaxing hanging conveyor is mainly used for the small hair removal process of waterfowl such as ducks and geese (some small hairs are difficult to remove with feather removal equipment).
