Frame-type hydraulic dehider

The equipment is located next to the step-by-step carcass processing conveyor and is used in the dehiding process of cattle carcasses. It uses a circular chain (fixed on the dehiding roller) to tie the two sides of the cattle’s hind legs for pre-skinning. The chain is tightened by the rotation of the roller, and the hydraulic surface pushes the dehiding roller from top to bottom to achieve the dehiding effect. It is assisted by human control and coordinated operation, and is suitable for large and medium-sized slaughtering and processing plants.
Description:
1. The up and down movement of the dehiding roller of this equipment is driven by a hydraulic cylinder, and the rotational movement is driven by a hydraulic motor or a reduction motor. A hydraulic station is set to provide power for the hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic motor; the dehiding roller is guided by a sliding trolley with rollers.
2. Both sides of the equipment must be equipped with pneumatic lifting platforms [to cooperate with the operation of tying cowhide, auxiliary peeling of cowhide (with ordinary peeling knife, pneumatic peeling knife)], and the front must be equipped with a cow leg frame (to ensure the smooth peeling), and a cowhide blower is installed under the peeling roller (see below).
