(Double U-steel rail type) bloodletting overhead conveyor

This equipment is used to hang and convey sheep carcasses. In the first half of the conveying, the bloodletting (hanging single or double hind hooves) operation is completed. In the second half (hanging double hind hooves), it keeps synchronous operation with the skinning hanging conveyor (hanging double front hooves) to cooperate with it to complete the balanced pre-skinning operation of the carcass. The hind hooves of the carcass are cut off at the end of the bloodletting conveyor, and the double front hooves are completely hung on the skinning conveyor to enter the skinning process. Suitable for large and medium-sized modern slaughtering and processing plants.

1. The conveying chain of this equipment is a universal detachable chain, which rotates in a three-dimensional cycle, and the conveying speed is adjustable; the conveying chain walking track is double-slot steel;
The whole machine adopts airbag type (compressed air is also provided) tensioning.
2. Double fork poles are often set on the conveying chain to hang sheep, and two single fork poles can also be set to cooperate with hanging sheep.
