Maintenance

  • Pre use inspection: Before use, check whether the saw blade is intact. If the saw blade has cracks, defects, deformations, etc., it should not be used.
  • Fault handling: If there is an abnormality or malfunction in the tool during work, it must be stopped and the maintenance personnel must be notified. It is not allowed to work with the fault.
  • Power off operation: Please disconnect the power supply when not using or replacing the saw blade.
  • Installation and adjustment of saw blade: After installing a new saw blade, when cutting the first pig, the lower saw should be gentle and not too strong. After cutting more than 20 pigs, the tension device of the saw blade should be tightened to maintain the tension of the saw blade.
