This equipment is used in the conveying process of beef carcass blocks, so that workers along the line can cut them into small pieces and put the cut meat into baskets for the next process. It is often used in conjunction with a deboning hand-push line.
Description:
1. This conveyor can be divided into single-layer, double-layer, and three-layer types.
The upper layer of the double-layer type is a cutting conveyor belt, and the lower layer is a heavy basket conveyor belt. Compared with the double-layer type, the three-layer type is equipped with an empty basket return conveyor roller (unpowered) above the cutting conveyor belt. Users can choose according to their own needs.
2. This equipment uses food hygiene grade white nylon belt as the conveyor belt, and the conveying speed can be customized according to user needs. Independent cutting operation tables must be configured on both sides of the cutting conveyor belt.
