Automatic three-point electronarcosis conveyor

This equipment is used for the transportation and automatic electric shock stunning process of live pigs. When the live pigs are transported to the exit, the photoelectric sensor is triggered, the automatic stunning device starts to work and completes the automatic electric shock of the heart and both sides of the head (three points) of the live pigs during movement. The equipment is automatically controlled by the PLC system, without manual auxiliary operation, and can achieve continuous and efficient electric shock, which is suitable for large slaughtering and processing plants. It is often used in conjunction with a horizontal bleeding flat conveyor, and a roller receiving chute must be configured under the equipment outlet.
Instructions:
1. Compared with live hanging slaughter, the electric shock stunning method can effectively reduce the stress response of pigs, which is conducive to draining all the pig blood and improving the quality of meat. At the same time, it can also keep the environment quiet, reduce the labor intensity of workers, and increase the safety of operation.
2. The electric shock action of the equipment is driven by a cylinder; the PLC control system and low-voltage high-frequency power supply (optional) can realize automatic control of the electric shock process (adjustable electric current, voltage and electric power frequency, controllable stunning time) and the conveying system (adjustable running speed); equipped with an electric control cabinet with a touch screen to facilitate human-computer dialogue. 3. For pigs that are too large or too small, manual electric shock is recommended.
