This equipment is used in the automatic washing process of the bisected carcass of cattle after splitting. The spraying device can move with the carcass and wash it from top to bottom to wash away the meat, bone residue and blood on the surface of the carcass, so that the carcass can be kept clean. At the same time, it can lower the carcass temperature and reduce the incidence of PSE meat. It must be used in conjunction with a hanging conveyor.
Instructions:
1. The equipment is driven by a chain driven by a reducer to drive the spraying device for bidirectional movement;
The opening and closing of the spraying device is controlled by a photoelectric sensor.
2. A variable frequency speed control system can be added according to user requirements.
