Air-blowing and spraying type scalding machine

This equipment is connected with the T-shaped track of the slaughter hanging conveyor and is used in the hanging scalding process of chickens, ducks, geese and other poultry. After the hanging poultry is dragged by the anchor chain and immersed in the pool, bubbles are continuously blown and water is sprayed to the poultry to achieve the effect of full hair loosening and scalding. This scalding method is coherent and efficient, suitable for large and medium-sized slaughtering and processing plants. It is often used in conjunction with a vertical feather removal machine, and can also be used in conjunction with a horizontal flat feather removal machine.
Instructions:
1. The equipment generates bubbles by a blower; multiple motors are set to drive the spiral blades to rotate and stir respectively to achieve the circulation and spraying of water flow and keep the water temperature uniform.
2. Steam is used to heat the pool water directly or indirectly (through heat exchange), the water temperature is automatically adjusted, and the water level is manually or automatically adjusted; the pool body adopts a closed structure, and curtains are set at the entrance and exit of the poultry.
3. The fuselage length can be customized according to the actual needs of users.
