200/300 Type mechanical debristling machine 「traditional 」

This equipment is used in the dehairing process of large and medium-sized pigs. The scalded pig carcasses are scooped from the scalding tank by the machine’s rakes and put into the machine. Under the joint scraping and friction of the three sets of rapidly rotating dehairing rollers, the carcasses are continuously thrown up and dehaired while tumbling. This equipment adopts intermittent dehairing method and is suitable for traditional medium-sized slaughtering and processing plants or as a supplementary dehairing equipment for large modern slaughtering and processing plants. It is often used in conjunction with scalding tanks, clear water tanks or horizontal scraping flat conveyors.

Description:
The two types of dehairing machines have roughly the same structure, but different sizes and motor powers. The 200 model is suitable for small and medium-sized pigs. Within the carrying capacity, 2 to 3 small and medium-sized pigs can be haircut at the same time; the 300 model is more suitable for larger pigs. It can haircut 3 to 4 medium-sized pigs or 2 large pigs at the same time.
