100 Type debristling machine

This equipment is used in the depilation process of small pigs. The scalded pig carcasses are scooped from the scalding tank by the machine rake and put into the machine. Under the joint scraping and friction of the three sets of rapidly rotating depilatory rollers, the carcasses are continuously thrown up and depilated while tumbling. This equipment adopts intermittent depilation and is suitable for traditional small slaughtering and processing plants. It is often used in conjunction with scalding tanks, clean water tanks or horizontal scraping flat conveyors.

Instructions:

1. The equipment is divided into two types: mechanical and hydraulic (right picture).

2. The equipment can depilate two small pigs at the same time.
