Este equipo est\u00e1 situado junto a la cinta transportadora de procesamiento de canales paso a paso y se utiliza en el proceso de desollado de canales de vacuno. Utiliza una cadena circular (fijada en el rodillo de desollado) para atar los dos lados de las patas traseras del ganado para el predesollado.
