1. The scalding tank uses steam to heat the pool water, and the water temperature is adjusted manually or by an automatic temperature control system; a hot water convection circulation system is set; an insulation layer is set on the periphery of the pool body, and an insulation cover is added on the pool; a transition chute can be set at the exit as needed.
2. The pool is equipped with a bleeding chain anti-loosening device and a rotating wheel device; when the distance between the hanging pigs is small, a carcass splitting fork device is set at the entrance of the scalding tank, and a double pig path is set in the pool (horizontal scalding method, the pig body lies horizontally); the pool edge can also be deepened and a vertical (pig body is inverted) scalding method is adopted.
3. The structure of the suspended scalding conveyor for the scalding pool and the steam shower and spray scalding tunnels behind it is roughly the same as that of the traditional suspended bleeding conveyor for pigs (using I-beams as the conveyor chain running track). The difference is that it uses a large hook with a special structure to hang the pigs, and the conveyor chain is pneumatically tensioned.
