This equipment is used in the depilation process of large and medium-sized pigs. The scalded pig carcasses are scooped from the scalding tank into the machine by the machine’s rake. Under the joint scraping and friction of the three sets of rapidly rotating depilatory rollers, the carcasses are continuously thrown up and depilated while tumbling. This equipment adopts intermittent depilation method and is suitable for traditional medium-sized slaughtering and processing plants or as a supplementary depilation equipment for large modern slaughtering and processing plants.
It is often used in conjunction with scalding tanks, clear water tanks or horizontal scraping flat conveyors.
Instrucciones:
1. The action of the rake and pig-blocking (soft scraping) rollers of this equipment is driven by hydraulic cylinders.
2. The two types of depilation machines have roughly the same structure, but different sizes and motor powers: the depilation capacity is the same as that of the same type of mechanical depilation machine.
