This scalding method is a combination of vertical steam and hot water, which is coherent and efficient. The scalding effect is good, which can effectively avoid cross-infection between carcasses and is suitable for large-scale slaughtering and processing plants.

1. The tunnel is a fully enclosed insulation structure; it is equipped with multiple steam distribution systems (the steam nozzle is located in the air duct of the hot air circulation device, and the flow control valve cooperates with the temperature control system to distribute and control the steam) and hot air circulation devices (mixing the hot steam with the withdrawn cold air to make the steam reach the appropriate scalding temperature and blow it into the tunnel), and an automatic temperature control system is used to adjust the steam temperature in the tunnel.
2. A separate spray hot water supply system is required, and the pool water is heated by steam or electricity.
3. An electric control cabinet with a touch screen is provided to facilitate human-computer dialogue.
