The re-hanging platform is located below the hand-push buffer track behind the bleeding conveyor, and can be used by operators to stand when cutting the hind hooves of cattle carcasses, re-hanging (cutting the two hind legs of the cattle in turn, removing them from the bleeding chain and hanging them on another hand-push track after putting them on the pipe rail pulley hook). Hydraulic hoof shears and hoof shears disinfection devices must be equipped separately.
The high, mid and low operating platforms are located opposite the re-hanging platform, and can be used by operators to stand when carving the anus, removing the tail, and pre-skinning cattle carcasses. An anal ligator, pneumatic skinning knife and its disinfection device must be equipped.
Instrucciones:
1. The hand-push track above the re-hanging platform is often connected to the return track, which can realize the recycling of the bleeding chain
2. Electric hoists are often installed at the re-hanging platform to lift and lower the pulley hook transport trolley.
3. Pneumatic lifting platform can also be used as pre-skinning platform (needs to be used in conjunction with step-type carcass processing conveyor).
