(Small) Horizontal mixing and scalding machine
This equipment is used in the scalding process of poultry such as chickens, ducks, and geese. The poultry bodies are put into the scalding pool manually in batches, and the poultry bodies are scalded in the continuous stirring of the mixing rubber stick. After scalding, they are fished out manually. The intermittent scalding method is suitable for small slaughtering and processing plants or manual slaughtering workshops. It is often used in conjunction with a (small) horizontal feather removal machine.
Instructions:
1. This equipment can be divided into two types according to the pool water heating method. One is heated directly or indirectly by steam (through heat exchange), and the other is heated by electric heating pipes (heat exchange type).
2. The water level is adjusted manually or automatically, and the water temperature is manually controlled.
