Horizontal spiral scalding machine

The poultry inlet of this equipment is located below the slaughter hanging conveyor, and is used in the detachable scalding process of poultry such as chickens, ducks, and geese. It uses a spiral stirring roller to uniformly stir and push the poultry bodies that fall into the pool, so as to achieve the effect of full scalding, and use a conveyor belt to transport the scalded poultry bodies out. It can realize continuous scalding operations and is suitable for medium-sized slaughtering and processing plants. It must be used in conjunction with an automatic detaching device and a horizontal flat plate feather removal machine.
Instructions:
1. Steam is used to heat the pool water directly or indirectly (through heat exchange), and the water temperature and water level are manually or automatically adjusted; a hot water convection circulation system (water pump and pipeline) is set; and an insulation cover is set on the pool.
2. The length of the machine body can be customized according to the actual needs of the user.
