Head, hoof testing overhead conveyors

This equipment is installed in parallel with the leather-pulling overhead conveyor, and is used to hang and convey sheep heads and hooves, so that inspectors can inspect the heads and hooves in operation. It is suitable for large and medium-sized slaughtering and processing plants.
Description:
1. The conveying chain of this equipment is a universal detachable chain, which rotates in a three-dimensional cycle and the conveying speed is adjustable; the conveying chain walking track is a double-channel steel or closed track; the whole machine adopts airbag type (compressed air is also provided) tensioning.
2. There are permanent head hooks and double front hoof fork loads on the conveying chain.
3. The equipment conveying end is equipped with a head and hoof automatic removal device;
The empty section is equipped with a hook and fork load disinfection and cleaning device; and the head and hoof chute is separately configured.
