1. Compared with the hanging bleeding, the horizontal bleeding shortens the time interval between electric shock and bleeding, effectively reduces the stress response of the pigs caused by the struggle of hanging, which is conducive to bleeding and improving the quality of meat.
2. Most of the pig’s blood is collected by the blood collecting trough of the equipment, and the remaining blood is drained after hanging. The blood collecting trough can be connected to the blood draining trough or to the blood collection temporary storage room. Equipped with an automatic blood cleaning device.
3. According to the bleeding station, it is divided into left-side bleeding type and right-side bleeding type (facing the forward direction). The selection can refer to the slaughter process plan layout diagram.
